We develop, produce and market high-quality threading tools. Thanks to our expertise and know-how, we are the market leader in Switzerland. In addition, we have secured a privileged position on the world market.
What was your problem?
The aim was to allow our customers to get to know us better. Both the know-how and the skills that our company can offer to customers looking for a threading solution. To do this, we wanted to develop our digital communication.

How did the virtual showroom solution meet your initial problem?
Our new virtual showroom gives our customers the opportunity to discover the full range of our know-how and the solutions we can offer them.
In addition to a link on our website, we also provide a link to our virtual showroom. Directly from the signature of our emails, this link allows us to increase even more the visibility of the showroom. Furthermore, during exhibitions, we have a space dedicated to the presentation of this new means of communication which allows us toaccompany the customer in the discovery of our industrial know-how.
What advantages do you see in this solution?
We believe that we are one of the first companies in the industry to implement such a communication concept. This solution allows us to profile ourselves as a forward-thinking company, both in terms of our communication style and our premium threading solutions.
What benefits did you perceive?
So far, we have been able to present this virtual communication tool at the EMO 2021 trade fair in Milan. The feedback was very positive!
Indeed, the " new technology " side of communication allowed us to show our know-how in a more playful and completely different way. This is what the visitors to our stand in Milan noticed most!
